Taral Wayne - The Great Fanzini
Note by Leem: A 2nd Anniversary picture. This was previewed on Taral’s FurAffinity pages (login to view Adult content), under the name “The Charlatan Mage”, with the note: “Another ‘mini’ story, this one a little more tongue in cheek.” The story is by courtesy once again of that unknown Edwardian author Hagar Molson-Molesworthy. The mage doesn’t give his loyal assistant much of a retirement package, you might think, but at least it provides security against age and infirmity. The source of the mage’s name isn’t too hard to figure out when you realise that Taral has produced a lot of work for fanzines.

The pose is a variation on King Midas’ Other Daughter,
as one of the commentators on FurAffinity was quick to notice.
